320 West Mag
320 West Mag is a new development in Auburn, Alabama conveniently located to campus and downtown shops and restaurants. The 353,000 square foot luxury complex constructed by Juneau Construction Company boasts high end units consisting of easy maintenance Mohawk Arrington 10mil vinyl plank flooring and gorgeous vertically stacked 3×10 Trinity Dahlia subway tile. In the hallways plush Bentley carpet tile keeps the noise down and kicks up the design thanks to the expertise of Niles Bolton and Associates. If your wanting amenities, then 320 West Mag has it. The spacious club room and study lounges are comfortable and relaxing with carpet tile and a focal point fireplace planked by Trinity Jade 12×36 tile. The courtyard tile designed activity room is where life-long friends are made, and offers that downtime needed to continue on a path towards meeting your goals. If gains or losses are what you’re seeking then the multi-level fitness area doesn’t disappoint. Both levels are defined by a 4 color Zandur Rubber tile pattern that has no equal at any other complex. Wood is on display at 320 West Mag with its focal point monumental stair and stadium seating where students breakdown the game or lean back with a study guide. All the ash wood was sanded and finished onsite and carefully supervised by Chris Faison throughout the process.
Chris was part of team lead by Project Executive Ben Eldridge and Senior PM Corbin Mintz. Project Manager Brett Williams led the day-to-day activities throughout the project and Lana Browning handled all internal paperwork for the contract. Installation Manager Billy Smith had a long friendship with Juneau Construction Superintendent Michael Miles which spear headed our successful installation. Our Pre-con tag team was Chase Dahlstrom and Sean Harrison who delivered the plan for success. Taylor Hicks and Dalton Kneiss coordinated the early stages of the project with submittals and material procurement. Window Treatments are always last on a project so lets not leave them off here. Thanks to Dave Newman and Ashley Huffman for finishing off this project with the perfect accent touch. Multi-family is our bread and butter so there was no question that 320 West Mag had home run written all over it. War Eagle!!
