Located in the heart of it all — The Standard at Coral Gables is a brand-new student housing community located just a few blocks away from the main campus and countless shopping, dining, and entertainment options. From charming Little Havana and South Miami to trendy Brickell and South Beach — The Standard at Coral Gables is only a quick drive down the road! You’ll be happy to come home to The Standard at Coral Gables at the end of the day. With multiple open-layout plans for our one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom apartments, all with private bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone can find a floor plan that’s right for them. Each unit features modern appliances and designer touches for an appealing aesthetic. For premier student apartments near campus, look no further than The Standard.
Our Scope:
DCO Commercial Floors and the team completed this project in 2020, with 147 apartments, 21,929 square feet of restaurants and 5,482 square feet of retail space. Coral Gables also has a pool deck on the fifth floor and a paseo pedestrian path through the building. This project was a joint venture with the Weitz Company, and had many challenges as it was completed during the midst of the collapse of the supply chain, and completed during the height of covid-19 in 2020. Our project team was efficient and worked tirelessly to complete the project successfully on time.
