Clemson Core Campus

Clemson University is located in Clemson, SC. DCO Commercial Floors assisted  on the renovation of the core campus, which included Gressette Hall.  Gressette Hall is the ideal residence hall for students looking to be in the center of the action on campus. With tons of dining options right there in the building, Death Valley and Fike Recreation Center right down the street, and easy access to the rest of campus, Gressette gives you everything you need within easy reach.

Our Scope:

DCO Commercial Floors worked on new construction projects with Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. on the Clemson Core Campus. Completed in 2015, this project added multiple dorms, a dining hall, and a student multipurpose center overlooking the football field to the campus. This project created more room for students to grow and learn on a more modern and innovative campus. The challenging aspects of this project included scheduling due to meeting the start of the school year and college football season.
