When Lisa Brown, owner of Beau Kisses, decided to move the location of her women’s boutique store in Katy, TX she came to DCO Commercial Floors for assistance in the overall design and specifications of her new interior finishes. Having installed Milliken patterned broadloom carpet in 4 of her other locations, she knew she wanted the Milliken quality, but with a slightly different modern design that still fit the boutique’s elevated look and color branding. DCO recommended using Milliken Major Frequency One- Distortion carpet tiles in color Flux to give the space a vibrant yet refined modern visual appeal and Tarkett 4.5” Diplomat millwork base in Gloss Black to finish it off with a durable yet classy wall edge. After demo of the existing glue down carpet and interior walls to open up the space, the new Milliken carpet and Tarkett base transformed the once old drab office suite into an upscale, elegant shopping experience!  The durability of the “Severe Traffic” rated Milliken Major Frequency One along with its’ “StainSmart” fiber treatment will ensure that this shopping destination continues to look great for years to come while the “WellBac” comfort cushion backing provides exceptional underfoot comfort for the hours it may take to experience the shopping euphoria the Beau Kisses boutique offers!
