DCO Commercial Floors is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Harrison to Employee Development Manager. This is a new position within our company and one that is very much needed. Jessica will be assuming all responsibilities associated with employee training, education, and development which will include new team member on-boarding, implementing a training program, continuing education, as well as other associated duties.
Jessica has been with DCOCF since 2017 and has demonstrated success in this area and is truly passionate for helping others excel. Her overall approach, results and proficiency in process management as well as her experience make her the ideal choice to lead this program. Jessica will also join the Leadership Team of the company and her contribution to the long-term strategy will be essential.
