Our dedicated in-house estimating team uses site surveys taken by our experienced personnel and state-of-the-art software to ensure accurate estimating and avoid product shortages or waste.
DCOCF is a “resource deep” enterprise that actively recruits highly skilled subcontractors and utilizes the latest installation techniques. Those techniques are taught to installation crews through our continued education program, guaranteeing our subcontractors make use of the most up-to-date practices on every job.
A dedicated Commercial Resource Manager hand-selects the right crew for each project. We maintain excellent relationships with our crew members and consider ourselves all on one team.
24/7 installation means we work around the clock as needed to meet deadlines in conjunction with other contractors on the job and to ensure the least disruption in the client’s place of business.
DCOCF recognizes it is our responsibility to oversee our work and provide supervision on every job. An in-house team of superintendents assigns and communicates with installation crews to ensure quality, safety and onsite management of a project in the field. Superintendents use specialized Project Management software so that plans are up-to-date and any changes made are reflected in real time and across multiple platforms for even workflow.
DCOCF is committed to a safe work environment on and off the job, and a comprehensive safety plan is in place at all times. Our site superintendents are OSHA certified.
